As Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a College/CEGEP education.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
  • Conducting performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week.

Applicants must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a team environment.
