About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Audioptics Medical Inc. as a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, arrange travel, and make reservations as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Office Maintenance: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
