Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 35 hours per week.
