LNS Holdings Co. Ltd. is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also establish and implement policies and procedures, train other workers, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Train other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conduct research
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
