About the Role

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in implementing new administrative procedures and ensuring existing ones are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Evaluate and improve current administrative procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining attention to detail
  • Provide training and support to staff members as needed
  • Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and promoting a team-oriented culture
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field
