Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Panago Pizza.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, establish and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring procedures are followed.
  • Execute administrative duties to support office operations.
  • Administer record release policies in accordance with access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Compensation:

$30-$45 per hour based on location.
