Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Holloway Lodging Limited Partnership - Super 8 Fort Nelson. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping services are maintained throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to minimize downtime and ensure optimal hotel operations.
- Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources and meet guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hotel housekeeping operations.
