We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at JMD Food Services Inc. O/A Tim Hortons. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and serve food in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work methods to meet daily schedules and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including cooks, kitchen helpers, and servers, to maintain high-quality food and excellent customer service
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to optimize inventory management and minimize waste
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Supervisor with JMD Food Services Inc. O/A Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential. You will be expected to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or similar environment
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to train and motivate staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and record-keeping software

Location

This position is based in Ontario, Canada, and requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
