Job Description: As a Strategic Leadership Director, you will play a critical role in allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional work. You will be responsible for setting objectives, formulating policies, and representing the organization in official functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.

Supervision: You will be supervising more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

Experience and Specialization: We require someone with computer and technology knowledge, specifically MS Office skills.

Additional Information: A criminal record check may be required for this position.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This is a challenging role that requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
