Opportunity Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned IT leader to provide strategic direction and oversee the delivery of critical technology projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team, board members, and C-level executives in the US to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in leading dynamic technology teams, creating roadmaps, and executing complex projects. A strong track record of success in digitization, project management, and cloud migration is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience with cybersecurity, risk management, governance, and compliance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with C-level executives are also required.
Industry Experience
Experience in the finance industry, specifically asset management or wealth management, is highly desirable. Alternatively, experience in the automotive sector would be beneficial.
Compensation Package
The salary range for this position is $200,000 per year, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses. Residency within the Greater Toronto Area and permission to work in Canada are mandatory requirements for this opportunity.
