Business Development Manager for Minerals

Wood is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our Minerals team. As a key member of our international business development team, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts to build relationships with our Minerals clients and win new consulting, study, and project EP/EPCM work.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our Minerals business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Minerals clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Minerals sector
- Collaborate with our technical teams to develop value propositions and solutions for Minerals clients
- Manage and maintain our CRM system to track business development activities and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering, finance, or business discipline
- 7-10 years of relevant business development experience in the Minerals industry
- Demonstrated network of enduring business relationships with Minerals clients and stakeholders
- Broad knowledge of Minerals industry technologies, work processes, and local customs
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment
