Job Title: Director of Nursing Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing Services to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management.

Job Summary:

The Director of Nursing Services will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of healthcare services in our nursing home. This includes establishing and implementing policies and procedures, hiring and training staff, managing contracts, and developing evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making
  • Prepare reports and present findings to senior management
  • Co-ordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services
  • Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure effective use of resources
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
