Your role will involve:
- Developing new Municipal, County, District, and Regional Official Plans and policies.
- Conducting research and policy reviews to inform our planning decisions.
- Assisting with land development applications for private, not-for-profit, and public sectors.
- Developing consultation strategies and implementing them through stakeholder and public consultations.
- Identifying and responding to client needs and regulatory requirements.
