Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and sales through phone, email, or online communication
- Provide basic customer support and refer complex issues to other team members
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes and orders
- Provide pricing and availability information to customers
- Maintain required call quality standards
- Input sales orders and process customer transactions
- Sell additional products through suggestive selling techniques
Competencies and Skills
- This is a fully remote opportunity
- 2+ years of sales or call center experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated high level of dependability and attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Explorer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math and spelling skills required
- Must be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm
- Proficient written and spoken French language required
