Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GREENWOOD AIR SOLUTION INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency
  • Plan and organize daily tasks, prioritizing urgent matters
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
Work Environment

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be working in a team-oriented setting with minimal supervision. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
