Internal Control Specialist SOX

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Control Analyst SOX, Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address control gaps
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal control documentation methods
- Proactively identify and address potential risks to financial information certification
- Support the certification of financial information and coordinate control testing
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- Accounting certification (e.g. CPA, CMA)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory bilingualism (English/French)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
