- Sell Merchandise: Sell home improvement products to customers, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or related environment.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
