Retail Store Manager

Deluxe Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Department Head to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing losses.
- Manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales and cash transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Non-smoking environment.
- Air-conditioned store.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
- 30-40 hours per week.
