Retail Store Manager

Canadian Tire #636 is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless store operations.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers to ensure efficient store operations.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
