Retail Store Manager

Coast Builders Rona is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish work schedules, train staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure a high-performing team.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Manage cash, oversee payroll administration, and maintain accurate financial records.
- 3-4 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
