We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Domo Japan.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead our kitchen operations, plan menus, and estimate food requirements. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the highest quality of food service.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in menu planning, cost control, and team management. A degree in culinary arts or a related field would be an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of ¥250,000 - ¥350,000 per month, depending on experience.
