Parts Service Supervisor

Limitless Tire and Rim INC. is seeking a highly skilled Parts Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts inventory and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient parts delivery and inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports on parts inventory levels, stockouts, and other key metrics.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery used in parts operations.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to support parts operations.
- Train workers in duties and policies related to parts inventory and logistics.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient parts delivery and inventory management.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure to meet parts delivery and inventory management targets.
- Handling heavy loads and working in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate parts inventory and logistics.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
