Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Parts LogiQ is seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are aware of their routes, schedules, and delivery requirements.
  • Monitor and Improve Delivery Performance: Analyze delivery data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Dispatch and Scheduling: Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure accurate scheduling and routing of delivery drivers, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for delivery drivers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
Working Conditions:

Work under pressure, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, and team player.

Industry Experience:
