Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Parts LogiQ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Dispatching and Route Optimization: Coordinate the dispatching of delivery drivers and optimize routes to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all delivery drivers adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of delivery drivers, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
