We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Parts LogiQ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Dispatching and Route Optimization: Coordinate with our dispatch team to optimize routes and ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to our delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle various situations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and our drivers are aware of the importance of maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our delivery drivers, providing feedback and coaching to improve their productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
