Inside Sales Representative

LifterTech Doors Inc. is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in sales and customer service. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of approximately $**65,000 per year**, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can also earn commissions and bonuses as part of our performance-based compensation plan.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on merchandise and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and support sales efforts
- Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and report any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
