Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at PANNU SIKH TRANSPORT LTD. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
About You- You have a strong background in administration, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Distribute mail and other materials efficiently, maintaining accurate records and tracking system.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, utilizing business software to facilitate documentation.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, using calendars and scheduling tools to optimize time management.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Answer electronic enquiries, utilizing email and instant messaging platforms to communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, using spreadsheets and databases to analyze and present findings.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, ordering and restocking as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Repetitive tasks, requiring sustained effort and concentration.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Team player with a collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

- Permanent work arrangement, with a standard full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
