We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent, and be currently registered as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.
  • Ensure timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers and discharges.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Effective, compassionate, and supportive manner when dealing with others.
  • Respect for each resident's individuality and need for self-respect and privacy.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Statues.
  • Medical Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and Clear Criminal Record check.

All staff are required to provide proof of vaccination, adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols, and wear a mask at all times.
