We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As an RBC ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.
- Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales.
- Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs and preferences.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to make the most of business opportunities and referrals.
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, with success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
