Customer Success Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Onboarding and Fulfillment Team as a Customer Success Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term retention of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a client advocate and advisor, informing clients of their options and evaluating if they require additional information.
- Work with all Client Services teams to ensure clients are taken care of in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process customer orders for additional services, ports, and account configurations.
- Manage in-office and CRM inventory, and assist with CSM contracts and billing.
- Process-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS operations and industry-leading tools.
- Competitive salary range of $45,000-$47,500 CAD annually.
