About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at Intouch Insight. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and objectives through the effective implementation and adoption of our customer experience management (CX) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored CX programs to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program implementation and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review program progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and credibility through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CX management, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our programs and services.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Client Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Aptitude for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
