About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at Intouch Insight. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of our customer experience management (CX) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success Managers to deliver high-quality CX programs to our clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CX management, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Client Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Aptitude for technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
