Job Summary

We are seeking a highly energetic and charismatic Gaming Host Supervisor to join our team at Pickering Casino Resort. As a key member of our Table Games department, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience in our Stadium and Hybrid Games area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests playing Stadium and Hybrid Games
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries and requests
  • Engage with guests and create loyalty through personalized experiences
  • Improvise and provide entertainment value to guests
  • Use a live microphone to attract attention to the Stadium and Hybrid Game areas
  • Build excitement and celebrate wins with genuine enthusiasm
  • Participate in special promotions and events
  • Inform the Slot Technical team of any issues with the functioning of the Stadium and Hybrid Game areas
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in the entertainment or gaming industry
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally while injecting enthusiasm into your audience
  • Experience using a live microphone to communicate and entertain
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to watch and engage with multiple players in a live action environment
  • Strong ability to focus and adapt to new technology
  • Ability to sustain high levels of energy and enthusiasm
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
