Financial Planning and Investment Role in Windsor

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planner to join our team in Windsor, Canada. As an RBC Investment and Retirement Planner, you will be responsible for creating custom investment solutions for clients within the Windsor market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to cultivate strong partner relationships.

In this role, you will provide tailor-made financial planning advice and solutions using RBC's unparalleled array of investment and portfolio solutions. You will acquire and consolidate existing and new-to-RBC clients and assets, and connect clients with the right RBC team members to help continuously meet their needs.

You will develop external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and your centres of influence. A comprehensive Total Rewards Program, including a competitive commission structure, pension options, and world-class training programs, will be offered to successful candidates.

This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible work schedule based on client preferences and your own work/life balance. Innovative mobile technology will be used to ensure your success in this role.

Job Requirements:

  • Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP or QAFP)
  • Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial planning

  • Digital Savviness, ability to effectively utilize mobile applications

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a base estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
