At Mercer, a leading global human resource consulting firm, we're seeking a skilled Pension Transition Specialist to join our team in Canada. This exciting role will focus on transitioning clients to our Mercer Delegated DC solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing administration.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our investment consultants in overseeing client transitions. As a Pension Transition Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to coordinate activities, maintain client documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Pension Transition Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating client transitions to our Mercer Delegated DC solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and timely client documentation
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes
  • Collaborating with investment consultants and record keepers to ensure smooth transitions
  • Managing non-standard operational issues and ensuring timely resolution

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or actuarial studies
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in client transition and administration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DC administration and transition business
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

At Mercer, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a generous retirement match, and tuition reimbursement.
