Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic initiatives for our Learning and Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of assignments that represent either a work stream or a stand-alone component of work.
  • Drive components of small projects or initiatives, producing discrete pieces of work with key stakeholders.
  • Revising established project plans, tracking budgets and timelines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
  • Leverage learning technologies to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of L&D programs.
  • Support the implementation of robust evaluation strategies to gather feedback on L&D programs.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
  • Establish effective vendor relationships and produce moderately complex reports.
  • Support the implementation of change management plans related to L&D initiatives.
  • Create efficient workflows by mapping processes and integrating tasks and functions.
  • Promote and support the integration of diversity and inclusion principles into L&D programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • Experience in reporting and process/programming management.
  • Advanced practical experience using Microsoft products, such as Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working as an administrator in a Learning Management System (Workday experience is an asset).
  • Project Management experience is an asset.
