Professional Learning Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Learning Solutions Architect to join our team at HelloFresh. This exciting role will involve designing, developing, and deploying tailored learning solutions that cater to the diverse needs of employees across Canada.

About the Role

As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective learning strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-impact training programs that drive employee engagement, development, and growth.

This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 2-3 days on-site presence at HQ or a field location, with the ability to travel an average of up to 50% within Canada. You will have the flexibility to work from home and choose when and how often to work from the office.

  • Design and implement end-to-end learning roadmaps and strategies for HelloFresh Canada in collaboration with the US Learning Team.
  • Develop and facilitate high-quality training programs using adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
  • Manage projects of varying complexity with diverse audience sizes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Key Requirements
  • A combination of education and experience in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Consulting, Product/Project Management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated facilitation and project management experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and negotiate learning initiatives.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder communications, influencing leadership, and managing workload under changing business needs.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications, Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, Project Management tools, and common Learning Design Technologies.
