About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Installation Specialist to join our team at A&L Construction Services. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing aluminum windows and doors in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the most efficient installation procedures and layouts for each project
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to job sites
  • Utilize hand and power tools to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
  • Erect and install aluminum windows and doors, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Accurate and organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment

As a Window and Door Installation Specialist, you will work outdoors in various locations, including construction and renovation sites. You will be required to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
