About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Installation Specialist to join our team at A&L Construction Services. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of aluminum windows and doors in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for windows and doors.
  • Supply Management: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to job sites.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
  • Area of Specialization: Focus on the installation of aluminum windows and doors, with a strong understanding of their unique requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
