About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Installer to join our team at Proplus Contracting. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of windows and doors in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Expertise: Utilize your technical skills to determine layout and installation procedures for windows and doors.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and prepare invoices and work orders for completed installations.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise other workers and ensure that installations are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations, including erecting and installing scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Work Environment

As a Window and Door Installer with Proplus Contracting, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You must be able to handle heavy loads, work in a variety of locations, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
