Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and innovation in the eVTOL market.
- Lead a team of professionals to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, engineering solutions, and operational services that meet the needs of our customers.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities and partnership opportunities with various parties.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the eVTOL market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field, such as International Trade, Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with a strong background in business development, leadership, and strategy.
- Pilot license and flying experience are a strong asset.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building a business strategy and inspiring a team to follow.
- Experience building a team is essential.
- Knowledge of the eVTOL market is an asset.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and partnership opportunities with various parties.
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle and senior managers through to decision makers.
- Proven success in prospecting and growing sales and business opportunities.
