Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team at Busy Boy Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced renovation team with various tasks, ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced crew members.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Work Environment

As a Renovation Helper, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying work sites and conditions. You must be comfortable working in noisy and dusty conditions, with the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Client-focused and dependable, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
