Job Title: Renovation Helper

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team at Busy Boy Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our renovation crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced team with various tasks related to construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Work Setting: Willingness to work at various locations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, dependability, and team player attitude.
Experience:
  • Duration: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Willingness to support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

32 to 40 hours per week.
