Job Title: Renovation Helper

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team at Busy Boy Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our renovation crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced team with various tasks related to construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Work Environment:

As a Renovation Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You must be comfortable working in a noisy and dusty environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
