Job Title: Renovation Helper

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team at Busy Boy Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our renovation crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced team with various tasks related to construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Work Environment:

As a Renovation Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with dust and noise.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Language and Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The work language is English, and you will be required to work at various locations.
