Strategic Sales Leader for Uniparts OEM Canada Inc

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in determining strategic planning related to new product lines and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can bring their expertise in arranging training for staff, conducting performance reviews, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Manage and negotiate sales contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
