Key Responsibilities:

As a Screening Agent, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Executing verification work using available tools and staying up-to-date on new services, procedures, and applicable laws
  • Acquiring necessary consent documents for requested verifications
  • Understanding the nature and limits of client mandates
  • Conducting regular monitoring according to customer needs and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner
  • Providing results to clients and offering additional research avenues if necessary
  • Making outbound calls and answering incoming calls to complete verifications
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards of privacy and security, as well as meeting client service deadlines
  • Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Seeking guidance from team leaders for advice, answers to questions, and handling problematic situations
  • Performing other duties assigned by supervisors

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and Education

  • College or high school diploma recognized in Canada
  • Typing ability of at least 30 words per minute

Experience, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent computer skills, including web, database, and other tools for audits
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate research results
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
