About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant with Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest, you will be responsible for delivering in-home sales presentations to customers, performing product demonstrations, and closing sales. You will work closely with our design consultants to ensure that customers have all the information they need to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver in-home sales presentations to customers
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes
- Closing sales and meeting sales targets
- Work closely with design consultants to ensure customer satisfaction
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(K) program, student loan reimbursement, and tuition assistance programs.
Requirements- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours to appointments
- Ability to carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials
- Capable of navigating applications on an iPad
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus
