We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Spence Diamonds Ltd. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customers through the Spence sales experience, providing expert knowledge and a world-class client experience.
  • Complete weekly sales activities and achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain client follow-up through phone and email, ensuring seamless communication and building strong relationships.
  • Assist in opening and closing store procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including maintaining showroom cleanliness, merchandising, inventory counts, and other assigned duties.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record with at least 2 years of experience as an effective sales professional in an inside or outside role.
  • Ability to drive sales success through metrics analysis and targeted coaching.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally communicate face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn a new system.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings on a rotating schedule, as we are open 7 days a week.
