This exciting new program offers multiple positions for Rental Fleet Coordinators to join Foss National Leasing's team in British Columbia.

Job Type: Permanent Part-time
Hours Of Operations: 7am-11am, Monday-Sunday (Schedule may vary)
Salary: CAD $40,000 - CAD $50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles for rental by ensuring they are parked correctly, cleaned, fueled, and cleared of snow and debris.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and return processes by assisting with booking systems and inspections.
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt response to inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address recalls and regular service requirements.
  • Represent the company positively and continually seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
  • Technologically advanced and able to work independently.
  • Clean Driver Abstract.
  • At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Able to work flexible hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of vehicles or willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with flexible working environments.
